How to Book
PLEASE NOTE: Bookings need to be made a minimum of 72 hours before the event date.
If you need a shorter‑notice booking on a weekday, please contact the office.
We are unable to accept same-day bookings
Step 1: Check availability
Use the calendar below to check which dates/times are available. Select room required from the highlighted key, either green, yellow or blue.
Step 2. Submit Your Booking
Once you’ve found the day you require, click the blue + symbol next your preferred date & fill in the form.
Make sure you include enough time for setting up & clearing away in your requested hours.
There is a 30-minute buffer between bookings so you will not be able to book immediately after or before another booking.

Step 3: Payment
Once you have completed the booking information, you will receive an email invoice.
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking (payments are made securely online via credit and debit card) this includes the hire fee and the damage deposit.
Once paid - you will be sent a receipt confirmation and details for access to the community centre.
The only exception to this process is for regular user groups, who are invoiced monthly.
