How to Book.
Step 1: Check availability
Use the calendar below to check which dates/times are available. Select your room from the highlighted key, either green, yellow or blue.
Please note we require a of minimum of 5 days’ notice for all bookings. We are unable to accept same-day or short notice enquiries.

Step 2. Submit Your Booking Enquiry
Once you’ve found the day you require, click the blue + symbol next your preferred date & fill in the form. Make sure you include enough time for setting up & clearing away in your requested hours. There is a 30-minute buffer between bookings to allow hirers time to leave, so you will not be able to book immediately after or before another booking.

Step 3: Payment
Once you have completed the booking information, you will receive an email invoice.
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking (payments are made securely online via credit and debit card) this includes the hire fee and the security/damage deposit if applicable.
Once paid - you will be sent a receipt confirmation and details for access to the community centre

The only exception is for regular user groups, which are invoiced monthly.
