How to Book.
Step 1: Check availability
Use the calendar below to check what dates and times are available. Select your space from the drop down menu, Please note we require a of minimum of 5 days’ notice for all bookings. We are unable to accept same-day or short notice enquiries.
Step 2. Submit Your Booking Enquiry
Once you’ve found a free slot, click the blue + symbol next your preferred date & fill in the form. Make sure you include enough time for setting up & clearing away in your requested hours. There is a 30-minute buffer between bookings to allow hirers time to leave, so you will not be able to book immediately after or before another booking.
Step 3: We’ll Get Back to You
We operate part-time admin, so please allow 2 working days, (excluding weekends), for a response.
We will check your booking, then email you with:
– Your hire invoice if applicable
– A separate security/damage deposit invoice, (required for parties, events etc)
– Or any follow-up questions
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to be confirmed (payments are made securely online via credit and debit card) this includes the hire fee and the security/damage deposit if applicable.
The only exception is for regular class bookings, which are invoiced monthly.
